Anthea Greco began her work in theatre as a teen, playing roles in various classics, including Metamorphosis, The Crucible, A Midsummer Night’s Dream and Peter Pan.
She then went on to minor in Theatre Studies while undertaking her degree in Psychological Science at La Trobe University, performing in the Student Theatre’s In Cahoots, The Fence in its Thousandth Year and The Importance of Being Earnest.
Anthea then completed the Acting Studio course at the VCA, and joined forces with Canberra-bred, Freshly Ground Theatre, performing in various plays in the Melbourne and Adelaide Fringe Festivals from 2013-2015. Original works included Not Axel Harrison, My Brain Made Me Do It, and Affair Play. Film credits include Imaginary Breakup and Obitcheck.
In 2015, Anthea completed the Full-Time Acting Program at the Howard Fine Acting Studio Australia. Most recently, Anthea performed in various roles in Zone 4 directed by Peter Blackburn as part of the VCA Director’s Season at Testing Grounds, Arts Centre.
